About Bear Paddle:
Bear Paddle’s kid-friendly facility specializes in year round swim lessons for children of all ages and abilities. Offering easy online scheduling, engaging swim lessons, and a dedicated team make the Bear Paddle experience one-of-a-kind. The warm saltwater pool and sophisticated pool sanitation system supply a comfortable and clean swimming atmosphere. Our iron-on skill patches teach the swimmers at Bear Paddle positive reinforcement in a fun and innovative way!

Bear Paddle Orland Park is located at La Grange Rd. and 159th St. We are serving the community of Orland Park, Palos Heights, Crestwood, Midothian, Goodings Grove, Oak Forest, Mokena, Palos Hills, Chicago Ridge, Oak Lawn, Worth, Alsip, Justice, Tinley Park, Hickory Hills, Burbank, and surrounding!

Bear Paddle Swim School is a month-to-month year round swim school offering 30-minute swim lessons seven days a week. We make swimming a convenient and consistent part of your student’s routine. It’s easy to enroll! Pick a day and time that works best for your family and that is your reserved time until your student moves up a level, your schedule changes, or you need to take a break. Enroll today and start tomorrow!

What has been your favorite swimming experience?
When I was a lifeguard at my public pool during swim meets if they were short a swimmer we would take turns swimming. I was never a part of a swim team, so it was fun to take part and swim with the kids and see how excited they were about being on the swim team!

What was a great teaching moment in your career?
Being a part of kids biggest accomplishments, and seeing the excitement on their faces!

Who was your favorite swim figure / hero growing up?

Why do you choose a career in aquatics over others?
Swimming has always been a hobby, they always say do something that you love to do!

I love getting to see the kids I teach grow and progress!
