Fitness is important at Bear Paddle. Swimming is excellent exercise but our employees like to also get out in nature and at the gym to promote their healthy lifestyle. We love celebrating fitness at Bear Paddle, how does you stay healthy?

George T. “I like to challenge myself to new heights by training and running races. Throughout the past year I’ve ran everything from 5k’s to a full marathon! Being able to overcome the challenges that come with running these distances has been really rewarding.’

Scott T. “I like to kayak and canoe with friends and family. It gives me a chance to work on other water sports besides swimming. It allows me to exercise my body while exercising my safety skills around the water!”

Gilberto M. “Running and lifting to try to get rid of my success belly.”

Allison H. “I love hiking! Walking, or running with my dog.”

Chelsie W. “I love going to the gym to lift weights and go to classes at Orange Theory Fitness! I also participated in my first 5K this year!”
