Bear Paddle Swim School is a month-to-month year-round swim school offering 30-minute swim lessons for kids in Turnersville, New Jersey.

Swimming programs

Our swimming school branch in Turnersville, NJ, offers weekly lessons for children of all ages and skill levels. Check out our different programs:

  • Group Swim Lessons – Encourage learning how to swim alongside kids of the same age and skill level.
  • Semi-private Classes – We follow a buddy system to spark a little healthy competition between our students.
  • Private Lessons – Our one-on-one sessions are a great way to get personalized and comprehensive feedback from our swimming coaches.
  • Family Swim – This is free every weekend! You’ll join your child in the pool for family fun. This option is available for families who are actively swimming in weekly lessons.

Pricing

We offer affordable and fun swim classes for children of all ages. Swim lessons are per-lesson-per-month and charged every first day of the month. A $35 enrollment fee is charged per student when enrolling into swim lessons.

Bear Paddle encourages every member of the family to learn how to swim. We offer a 10% discount for siblings and free Family Swim during weekends. Prices vary, so contact our Bear Paddle team today for a price quote.

Swimming Lesson FAQs

If you have concerns regarding our lessons, schedules, or health protocols, here are some FAQs we compiled for your assurance:

Our maintenance crew’s daily routine includes disinfecting all our swim school’s facilities, including our floors, tables, and benches. We also sanitize all common areas, such as our changing stations, toilets, and shower stalls. 

We provide complimentary hand sanitizers to all our students to reduce the spread of the virus. Bear Paddle also maintains the chlorine level of all pools using an advanced ultraviolet filtration system.

Our maintenance staff measures water chemistry every 30 minutes. We use chlorinated water and UV light to eliminate up to 99.9% of germs and viruses for your peace of mind. 

All pools use Defender Filtration systems powered with Diatomaceous Earth media to remove dangerous particles up to one micron. This regular disinfection process is Bear Paddle’s way of maintaining a safe learning environment.

We offer beginner swimming lessons for children of all ages, and you can enroll your child as early as six months old. 

To ensure their safety in the water, all students must master the skills in every swim level before advancing to the next. The third level, Flip to Breathe, is a minimum requirement for self-rescue.

To strictly enforce physical distancing in our swimming school in Turnersville, NJ, we follow a scheduling system to ensure no more than 50 people are inside at any given time.
